Our Story

ExportImportTools started as a simple idea: exporters and importers — especially small and first-time traders — shouldn't need expensive software or enterprise accounts just to calculate a shipment's volume, estimate customs duty, or generate a clean invoice. So we built a set of free, browser-based tools that do exactly that, with no signup and no clutter.

ExportImportTools brings together the everyday calculations and documents export-import professionals need in one place — CBM and container-fit calculators, customs duty and landed cost estimates, FOB/CIF/CFR pricing tools, invoice and packing list generators, an HSN code reference, a currency converter, and practical guides on trade basics.

Our Approach

Every tool runs directly in your browser — your data isn't sent to our servers unless you choose to send us a message. We keep things simple, fast, and free, and we're upfront about the limits of what a free reference tool can do: for anything with legal or financial weight, we always point you toward confirming with a customs broker, freight forwarder, or the relevant authority.
